What inspired me...

Here is a picture I took when I was at Benton's house (this is where he makes his tunes from..) and I think this picture summarized his day pretty well! The iMac laptop is typical of an artist from this generation..Very much computer generated. The cigarettes, drinks and chewing gum are all very much essentials for him when making music!
Graffiti, for most people, is seen as vandalism. However, in thbis subculture it is a form of art and, again all to do with networking. It's very expressive; people put a lot of work into it and are passionate about it. It is not just seen as pleasurable, it's the same as someone wanting to make music or a film; it is seen as a form of expression and being good at it is something to aspire to.
This image of the youth on the bus is particularly representative of the sub culture (they are the kind of people that are constantly travelling and won't be driving due to always wanting to drink, etc). Also, it shows the stereotypical "hoodie" culture, sitting upstairs at the back of the bus. However, the picture portays these people in a way I appreciated, in an artistic way. The fact that Reece is an elusive figure with no identity, but I feel drawn to the picture as if I want to know his thoughts at the moment this picture was taken.

The picture of the sunset is one that I feel also really captures the Dubstep Culture. They are very much people that prefer the night to the day..As they usually tend to be sleeping throughout the day due to getting in at such early hours in the morning! Also this picture has a dark mysterious feel to it, making the visual really compliment the sound that dubstep brings.
